The quality of the meat is undeniable; it's truly a good product, and the shop itself is well-presented. But honestly, hygiene-wise, I saw some things that are completely unacceptable. I encountered two employees who shouldn't be working in the food industry with such a lack of professionalism. The worst part was when I saw one of them fixing his hair and fiddling with it (his hair was long and quite greasy) right inside his cap, just before serving customers. In a butcher shop, that's simply unacceptable. It's such a shame to spoil such good merchandise with such a lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope management will address this, because right now, it completely puts me off buying anything.
I highly recommend this butcher shop; impeccable cleanliness, smiling and helpful staff. Keep up the good work!
